Due to the nature of digital AI services and the immediate costs associated with API processing, all monthly subscription payments for FindMyNOC are non-refundable once processed.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital AI services and the immediate costs associated with API processing, all monthly subscription payments for FindMyNOC are non-refundable once processed.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that:

  • The service is consumed immediately upon the first query
  • API processing costs are incurred regardless of whether you use the full access period
  • Digital services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
  • Our fees are based on AI network usage costs and infrastructure expenses

2. Service Delivery

Subscription access to the Service is provided immediately upon successful payment verification. Your billing period begins at payment completion and continues for one month, with automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Note: Once payment is processed, your current subscription period starts immediately and cannot be paused, partially refunded, or backdated.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:

  • Please contact [email protected] immediately
  • We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
  • If the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your access period or provide a credit
  • Refunds will not be issued for technical issues unless the Service is completely unavailable for the entire access period

4. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider:

  • Your access will be immediately suspended
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent ban from the Service

5. Subscription Renewal

We offer monthly subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period; you will keep access until the end of that paid period.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our part
  • Unauthorized use of your payment method
  • Service unavailable for the entire paid billing period

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests. All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date.
