By accessing and using FindMyNOC ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. No Professional-Client Relationship
Using FindMyNOC does not create an attorney-client relationship, consultant-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and FindMyNOC. FindMyNOC is not a law firm, not an immigration consultant, and is not affiliated with the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy using artificial intelligence and official IRCC data, we do not guarantee that (i) the NOC code provided by FindMyNOC will be accepted by IRCC officers, or (ii) any policy information or AI-generated answer is complete, current, or suitable for your situation. AI may produce errors or hallucinations. The final determination of a NOC code is made solely by IRCC officers during the application review process. For immigration decisions, always verify with official IRCC sources and consider consulting a licensed professional.
4. Limitation of Liability
FindMyNOC shall not be held liable for any rejected applications, delays, financial losses, or any other damages resulting from the use of the Service. You acknowledge that:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided, including NOC recommendations or IRCC policy answers
- You are solely responsible for verifying FindMyNOC results against the official National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 website and all other immigration answers against official IRCC and provincial sources
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Verifying FindMyNOC results against the official NOC 2021 database and all other answers against official IRCC and provincial sources
- Consulting with a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer for critical applications
- Not including personally identifiable information (PII) in your job descriptions or immigration questions
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide to the Service (e.g., job descriptions, policy questions)
6. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
7. Payment Terms
Access to advanced features beyond the free query requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to our Refund Policy. Subscription access begins immediately after payment verification.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FindMyNOC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models or algorithms
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
- Share your payment token or access credentials with others
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FindMyNOC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
